The Foundation of Environmental Improvement (FEI) is a new nonprofit organization incorporated October 2005, and tax exempt under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its mission is to provide for the convenient collection of used cooking oils from individuals, organizations and businesses. FEI also provides community-based educational programs to encourage and raise awareness about environmental improvement.
FEI is the only non-profit of its kind providing this service in Western PA.
